Scott Hebert, Physical Therapist
Scott was raised in New Orleans and later moved to Lafayette to attend the University of Southwestern Louisiana, where he earned a B.S. in the College of General Studies, with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology, in 1987. For the next 8 years, he worked as a Fitness Instructor and Trainer at Our Lady of Lourdes and then attended the Hoge School Enschede in the Netherlands, earning a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1998. Over his years of experience, he has focused on Manual Therapy Techniques, including, Soft-Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilization/ Manipulation, and Trigger Point Release. Scott is also certified in Dry Needling. He treats various Orthopedic/ Sports Medicine conditions, including Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Hip, Knee, Ankle, Foot, Shoulder, and Elbow pain. Scott works "One On One" with patients and will be your Physical Therapist from initial evaluation to discharge.
Simonne Boullion Saab, Occupational Therapist
Simonne is a life long resident of Lafayette, attending the University of Southwestern Louisiana for a couple of years before she got interested in Occupational Therapy and then transferred to Monroe to graduate in 1993 with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Northeast Louisiana University. She spent the first 6 months working with a Certified Hand Therapist in Baton Rouge and then worked in an inpatient rehab hospital for approximately 6 and a half years treating Head Injuries, Stroke, Parkinson, Spinal Cors, and Multiple Sclerosis patient with a background in Neuro Developmental Treatment Techniques (NDT) Certificate Completion. Since then Simonne has worked in various outpatient clinics specializing in the Treatment of Neurological and Vestibular Rehabilitation. She completed her Vestibular Certification at the American Institute of Balance in Tampa Florida in July 2012 and again in September 2014 and completed the NDT course in San Fransisco in 1998, along with attending Upper Extremity NDT course in 2000. She is trained in Bioness H200, SaeboFlex, and AvivaStim XP(Muscle Therapy System by Saebo). She also has experience in Balance Disorders, Orthopedics (shoulder, hands, wrists, and forearms), Arthritis, and Splinting.
